Cancellations:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the service may be subject to a 50% charge.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.

No-Shows:

Failure to show up at the designated pickup time and location will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

Delays & Changes:

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, airline delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Any requested changes to the booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Refund Processing:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
