Refund Policy

At OG Concierge & Chauffeurs, we value your time and strive to provide reliable and professional service. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Cancellations:

   • Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

   • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the service may be subject to a 50% charge.

   • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.

2. No-Shows:

   • Failure to show up at the designated pickup time and location will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

3. Delays & Changes:

   • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, airline delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

   • Any requested changes to the booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Refund Processing:

   • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Company Rights:

   • OG Concierge & Chauffeurs reserves the right to refuse service and modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
